This is a very whimsical miniature cabinet bronze of two Terrier dogs looking at a hole. The dogs are quite serious after running the object of their interest to ground. Moigniez has done a fascinating job of capturing the intensity of this breed. Small cabinet bronzes are very hard to find as very few survive today. This little jewel is very detailed and finished in a brown patina.
